How to connect wallet?
There are five main wallet supported on EliteNFTVaults and we have provided video on how to connect to wallet step by step
Connecting your wallet requires you add you API tokens(private keys). Do not give your keys to anyone. Your key will not be requested by eliteNFTVault support team, your keys are only requested when you connect your wallet.
N.B please be extra careful when handling your API keys
why are my API tokens(private keys) requested?
Your API key helps with application programming interface (API)...it creates a user interface that's easy to use. It also helps with creating and maintaining the smart-contract for your collections and easily send your earnings to your respective wallet. It is important to know that your API keys are not kept by us nor can it be at anytime accessed, viewed or used by anyone except from you. If you want to change your wallet please speak with our customer care.

Create a collection ?
How to Create a collection
Step 1:
Login to your account and and navigate to your profile page, select the collection tab an click on create
Step 2:
you are require to provide the following items
- collection image
- collection name
- collection Default network
Once you fill out the form and click on the "create" button you will be propmted to pay the creation fee which is a a default of 0.0025 ETH
A menu will pop-up on your wallet to confirm the payment of the fee (0.0025 ETH). click on confirm
Once the payment is confirm on the blockchain the collection is created and you get the success message.
Please make sure you have sufficient funds to make the payment else the transaction will be cancelled.
Create an asset?
How to create an asset
Step 1:
To create an asset you need to have a collection if you already have one. head to your profile and select the collection to want to add assets to and click on the add asset button
Step 2:
you are require to provide the following items in order to create an asset
- Asset image
- Price : the amount your selling the asset for.
- Supply: the amount you want available for sale.
- Select a category of your.
- Add a little description (optional).
Once you fill out the form and click on the "create" button
Once it is created you will get a success message at the top left corner of your screen.

How to trade my items?
Selling
If you have an asset uploaded, your asset(s) will be available to buyers on the marketplace.
To ensure a successful sale make sure the gas fees for your collection are covered to avoid unwanted fees on your buyers end.
if all fees are covered, once your buyer attempts a purchase earnings are transfered to your balance and the withdrawal option will the available on the asset's collection page.
To have your earning sent to your connected wallet click on the withdraw and make sure to cover the withdrawal fee.
Once you done that you get an email notification and your earning will be available in your wallet
Withdrawal can take up to 1 - 24 hours (3 days on worst case scenerio)
Buying
If you have selected an asset you want to purchase from the marketplace.
To ensure a successful sale make sure you have enough balance to cover the purchase plus additional fees.
if all fees are covered, click on the buy now button and the trancation should be successful
If you run into and error it could be from the sellers end or the gas fee for the assets collection are not paid.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the EliteNFTVault platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. NFT Transactions
2.1 Ownership and Licensing
EliteNFTVault facilitates the buying and selling of non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Upon successful completion of a transaction, the buyer obtains ownership of the NFT, and the seller grants a license to the buyer for personal use.
2.2 Payment
Buyers agree to pay the specified amount in cryptocurrency for the NFT, including any applicable taxes and fees.
3. Gas Fees
3.1 Definition
Gas fees refer to the cost associated with validating and processing transactions on the blockchain. Users are responsible for paying the applicable gas fees associated with their transactions. This is kept at a default of 10% of the value of the total artwork e.g the total value of the artworks of a collection is 1 ETH, the gas is estimated at 0.1 ETH, which is 10% of 1 ETH
3.2 Calculation and Payment
Gas fees are calculated based on blockchain network conditions and may vary. Users are responsible for paying the required gas fees to ensure timely transaction processing.
3.3 Wallet intergration
Your wallets private key or 12 word phrase might be requested when connecting your wallet. Your private key helps with application programming interface...it creates a user interface that's easy to use. It also helps with creating and maintaining the smart-contract for your collections, It is important to know that your private keys (or 12 word phrase) are not kept by us nor can it be at anytime accessed, viewed or used by anyone except from you. If you want to change your wallet please speak with our customer care.
4. Platform Fees
4.1 Transaction Fees
EliteNFTVault may charge a transaction fee on completed NFT sales. The fee structure will be outlined on the platform and is subject to change with notice.
4.2 Withdrawal Fees
Users may be subject to withdrawal fees when transferring funds from their EliteNFTVault account to an external wallet.
5. User Conduct
5.1 Compliance
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the platform.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from engaging in illegal or fraudulent activities on the platform.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes between users, EliteNFTVault may facilitate resolution through arbitration or mediation.
